I have had a lot of dealings with Jehovahs Witnesses. Over the years, I have found that 97% of these JW's lead double lives.
How they act at the Kingdom Hall differs greatly from how they act at home. I always knew it wasn't normal to act that way 100% of the time but the contrast is actually huge based on my own experiences.
It proves to me that JW's re not so different to everyone else after all, they just hide it and can lie better than most people. They choose which rules to follow and which to ignore but are a lot sneakier and if caught, will deny it until there is video proof!
My wife was once told by a JW Elder that 'affairs do not happen in our religion'. I discovered this was false and that divorce amongst witnesses for that very offense is just the same as anywhere else. My sister ran off with her best friends husband (who was an elder). It happens in all walks of life but why not just be honest about it?
I am yet to find an honest Jehovahs Witness. The search continues.....
